As the name suggests, sun gazing is a form of meditation that involves gazing at the sun. If you look directly at the sun, most commonly during sunrise and sunset, you connect with and soak in its powerful energy. The research on sun gazing and its benefits is limited but nether less participants report a number of benefits.
