Sound Healing

Sound healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body/mind of a person, with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health.

It's beneficial to accept that everything in our universe is in a constant state of vibration and having an understanding of this will help you see that all vibration creates a level of sound.

Tip: Each sound also has a resonating color and vice versa (See our color therapy page for more info)

Whenever anyone speaks of healing through sound/affirmations, many people dismiss it as esoteric, or even nonsense and they tend to not take it seriously.

However, there are volumes of scientific evidence that affirmations are an effective approach to healing and the attainment of vibrant health. They have even been shown to promote regeneration and rejuvenation of the body. How do Affirmations Promote Health and Impact Healing? Often, the illness starts in the mind.

When you change unhealthy thought patterns and replace them with positive affirmations, you also change the energy that flows to your physical body from your etheric body, chakras, and through your energy meridians.

Affirmations allow you to consciously harness the power of positive thinking and direct it to specific areas of your life that need attention or where you want to bring about change.

In addition to affirmations, sound healing also involves the use of specific sound frequencies to promote healing and balance within the body. This can include the use of singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, chimes, and other instruments.

Each of these instruments produces a unique frequency or vibration that can resonate with different parts of the body and promote healing. For example, certain frequencies are believed to help with anxiety and stress, while others may promote physical healing and pain relief.

Sound healing can also be used in conjunction with other healing modalities, such as meditation and yoga, to deepen the practice and promote a greater sense of relaxation and well-being.

It's important to note that sound healing is not a substitute for medical treatment or professional therapy, but rather a complementary approach that can support overall health and well-being.

In recent years, sound healing has gained more mainstream attention and has been integrated into wellness practices such as spa treatments, yoga classes, and meditation sessions. It's also become an area of interest for scientific research, with studies exploring the effects of sound on the brain and body.

Overall, sound healing is a powerful tool for promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and can be a valuable addition to any self-care practice.
